材料
・イカ 一口大にスライス 30g
・ヒオウギ貝 ヒモ、肝、貝柱に分けたものを1つ
・バター 15g
・ケッパー 3g
・塩、白胡椒
・レモン汁
*付け合わせは季節野菜の鉄板焼き
作り方
①鉄板にバターを乗せ溶かす
②バターが溶けたらイカ、ヒオウギ貝を炒める
③ケッパー、レモン汁、白胡椒を少量かけ絡める
④熱々のうちに付け合わせと一緒に盛る

Teppan Grilled Squid and Green Lipped Mussel
Ingredients
Squid, sliced into bite-size pieces 30g
1 blue shellfish, divided into the string, liver, and scallop
15g butter
3 g capers
Salt and white pepper
Salt, white pepper, lemon juice
*Teppanyaki with seasonal vegetables as garnish
Method of preparation
1) Put butter on the griddle and melt it.
When the butter is melted, fry the squid and the green clams.
③ Sprinkle capers, lemon juice and a little white pepper on the squid.
Serve hot with other ingredients.
