・玉ねぎ1kg

Preparation
Put roughly chopped onion, minced meat and salted malt in a bowl.
2) Mix well by hand until sticky.
Vacuum-pack the mixture up to this point.

1) Roll and form into a ball about 120g in size.
2) Bake over medium heat with the lid on so as not to burn.
When the surface is nicely browned, it is done.
