筍 山椒炒め煮

材料

・筍 3cmぐらいにカット

・サラダ油

・あごだし

・刻んだ山椒の葉

・醤油

・酒

・砂糖

・あごだし

 

作り方
①サラダ油で筍を焼き色がつくまで炒める
②山椒の葉以外を入れ、軽く煮詰める
③火を止め、山椒の葉を混ぜる

Ingredients

Bamboo shoots, cut into 3cm pieces

Salad oil

Bamboo shoots, cut into 3cm pieces

Chopped leaves of Sansho (Japanese pepper)

A

Soy sauce

Sake

Sugar

Soy sauce, Sake, Sugar

 


Directions
1) Saute bamboo shoots in salad oil until browned.
2) Add all ingredients except leaves of sansho (Japanese pepper) and boil down lightly.
Turn off the heat and stir in the leaves of sansho (Japanese pepper).
