切り干し大根とひじき
材料
・切り干し大根30g
・ひじき10g
・人参50g
・あごだし150cc
・みりん30g
・さとう10g
・醤油30g
・油揚げ1枚
作り方
①サラダ油を鍋に挽き、人参を炒める
②水で戻したひじきと大根、調味料全てを入れ軽く炊く

Kiriboshi Daikon and Hijiki
Ingredients
Dried Kiriboshi Daikon 30g
10g hijiki
50g carrot
150 cc of "Ago Dashi" soup stock
30g mirin (sweet cooking sake)
10g sugar
30g soy sauce
1 piece of deep-fried tofu
Directions
1) Grind salad oil in a pan and fry carrots.
2) Add hijiki, radish and seasonings and cook lightly.
