ミニトマトコンポート
材料
・ミニトマト 100個
・隠岐誉 室町 2本
・水 700g
・グラニュー糖 200g
・ハチミツ 50g
・バニラアイス （ディッシャー20）
・海士の塩 ミニトマトの上にひとつまみ
作り方
①トマトを湯むきする
②酒、グラニュー糖、ハチミツを鍋に入れ沸かしてアルコールを飛ばして少しタッパーに入れる。湯むきしたミニトマトをつける
③残りの液体を煮詰めてソースにする

Mini Tomato Compote
Ingredients
100 small tomatoes
2 Oki Honor Muromachi
700g water
200 g granulated sugar
50 g honey
Vanilla ice cream (20 ice cream dispensers)
A pinch of Ama salt on the small tomatoes
Directions
1) Peel the tomatoes.
2)Put sake, granulated sugar, and honey in a pot and bring to a boil, then pour a little of the alcohol into a Tupperware. Put the peeled mini-tomatoes on it.
3) Boil down the remaining liquid to make a sauce.
