材料
・粉砂糖150g
・アーモンドパウダー60g
・薄力粉60g
・卵白167g
・はちみつ22g
・焦しバター150g
作り方
①粉糖、アーモンド、薄力粉をボウルに入れ、混ぜる
②①のボウルに卵白、蜂蜜をいれ混ぜる
③鍋で焦しバターを作り、紙濾ししたものを150g作り50℃くらいに冷ます
④③のバターを①のボウルにいれ、混ぜ合わせて絞り袋に入れ型に流す
⑤コンベクションオーブン185℃ 風1/2で7分。反転させて4分焼く

150g powdered sugar
60g almond powder
60g light flour
167g egg white
22g honey
150g burnt butter
How to make
1) Put powdered sugar, almonds and flour in a bowl and mix them.
2) Put egg white and honey into the bowl of ① and mix.
3) Make the churned butter in a pan, filter 150g through paper strainer and let it cool down to about 50°C. (4) Put the butter from (3) into the bowl of (1).
4) Pour the butter from ③ into the bowl of ①, mix and put it into a squeeze bag and pour it into a mold.
5) Bake in a convection oven at 185℃ with 1/2 air flow for 7 minutes. Invert and bake for 4 minutes.
